All the products and service we offer through Kitesurf.ae carry’s manufacturer’s warranty as per the manufacturer’s and their suppliers warranty terms and conditions. We source all our products from genuine sources and distribution channels to assure you the best quality and authenticity. Following are the standard warranty terms and conditions.
1. All our products has standard warranty as per manufacturer’s and their suppliers warranty terms and conditions
2. The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer.
3. All Refurbished items carry standard warranty as mentioned on the manufacturer website.
4. All warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
5.Any warranty requests have to be pre-approved by submitting a Warrant request and obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) This number will be referred for all follow-ups and claims.
6. After obtaining the warranty request confirmation the product has to be delivered to kitesurf.ae’s offices for inspection.
7. If courier collection and delivery is required, additional charges may apply for courier.

- Fill out the following Data:
- Product to return
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- How long the item has been used for
- An accurate description of the problem and the circumstance in which the problem occurred
- Phone Number
- product Serial Number
- Upload at least 3 photos that clearly show the defect and 1 photo of the serial number of the product.
4. When a Warranty request is submitted our team will check the request and will get back to you with the warranty request confirmation in the case warranty is applicable.
5. After obtaining the warranty request confirmation the product has to be delivered to kitesurf.ae’s offices for inspection.
