The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer.3. All Refurbished items carry standard warranty as mentioned on the manufacturer website.4. All warranty period starts from the date of purchase.5.Any warranty requests have to be pre-approved by submitting a Warrant request and obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) This number will be referred for all follow-ups and claims.6. After obtaining the warranty request confirmation the product has to be delivered to kitesurf.ae’s offices for inspection.7. If courier collection and delivery is required, additional charges may apply for courier.
