Refund & Return Policy
Surfing, Kitesurfing, wingfoil, windsurf packages and classes
1. Class Packages Validity
All Watersport class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions remaining after the 3-month validity period will expire automatically and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are permitted within 7 days of purchase only if:
- No class booking has been made, and
- No class has been attended.
Once a class is booked or attended, the package is considered activated and becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 7-day refund window has passed
- If at least one class has been booked or attended
- For partially used packages
- For expired packages
- Due to personal schedule changes, lack of availability, weather conditions, or physical readiness
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Class cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our booking and cancellation policy (see below).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being deducted from the package.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (such as medical reasons supported by official documentation), management may review requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of the company.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
- Proof of purchase
- Full name and booking details
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Surfing, Kitesurfing & Watersports Activities
1. Booking Confirmation
All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only once:
- Full payment or a valid package is applied, and
- A booking confirmation is received (email, WhatsApp, or booking system).
Bookings are subject to availability, weather, and safety conditions.
2. Weather & Safety Conditions
Watersports activities are weather- and condition-dependent.
If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable by our instructors or management:
- The session will be rescheduled, or
- Credited back to the customer’s package
No cash refunds are issued due to weather or sea conditions.
3. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from the package or charged in full.
4. Instructor & Operational Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by us due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Instructor unavailability
- Operational constraints
The session will be rescheduled or credited. No refunds are issued.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to respect other bookings.
If the delay prevents the session from taking place, it may be treated as a no-show.
6. Health, Fitness & Responsibility
Clients must:
- Declare any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Follow all instructor safety instructions
Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in session cancellation without refund.
7. Packages & Validity
- Class packages are non-transferable
- Packages are valid for 3 months from purchase
- Unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable and non-extendable
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests related to medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentation and management approval.
Return Policy – Online Shop (UAE)
Products purchased on our website may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used, worn, or damaged products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. swimwear, lycra, rash guards) if worn or opened
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required by UAE law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
