International shipping may be offered on request and will be confirmed separately.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within the UAE:
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are:
- Clearly displayed at checkout before payment, or
- Included in the product price where stated
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is caused by us.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-delivery fees may apply. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation without refund of shipping fees.
