					Surf Zone Kids Camp – Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants enrolled in the Surf Zone Kids Camp organized by Surf Zone / Kitesurf School Dubai (“the Organizer”).
By registering a child (“the Participant”), the parent or legal guardian (“the Parent”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
2. Registration & Payment
- 
Camp registration is confirmed only upon full payment and submission of the completed registration form. 
- 
Payments can be made online, by bank transfer, or at the center direclty. 
- 
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Camp bookings are non-refundable once the week has started, regardless of the child’s attendance.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed days, late arrivals, early departures, or personal scheduling conflicts.
- Bookings can be rescheduled or transferred to another child only if requested at least 7 days before the camp start date and subject to availability.
- In case of medical absence supported by a valid doctor’s note, Surf Zone may, at its discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future camp session.
- Camps cancelled or interrupted by Surf Zone due to weather, safety, or operational reasons will be rescheduled or credited — no cash refunds will be issued.
4. Weather & Safety
- 
The safety of all participants is our highest priority. 
- 
Camp activities may be modified, delayed, or cancelled due to adverse weather or unsafe sea conditions. 
- 
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the daily schedule or replace water activities with suitable beach-based alternatives. 
5. Supervision & Conduct
- 
All participants are under the care of trained instructors and camp coordinators. 
- 
Children must respect the instructions of the staff at all times and demonstrate good behavior toward others. 
- 
The Organizer promotes a positive, inclusive, and respectful camp environment. 
- 
Any participant who behaves in a dangerous, disrespectful, or disruptive manner — including physical or verbal aggression, repeated disobedience, or actions that endanger others — may be immediately removed from the camp without refund. 
- 
The Parent will be contacted immediately and must arrange prompt pickup of their child if requested by the camp staff. 
6. Health & Medical Conditions
- 
Parents must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of registration. 
- 
In case of emergency, the Organizer is authorized to administer first aid and/or arrange medical treatment as deemed necessary. 
- 
All medication brought to camp must be clearly labeled and handed to the instructor with written instructions. 
7. Equipment & Personal Belongings
- 
All equipment required for camp activities is provided by the Organizer. 
- 
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizer accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items such as phones, clothing, or valuables. 
- 
Lifejackets and safety equipment must be worn at all times as instructed. 
8. Photos & Media
- 
Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional or social media use. 
- 
Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photos or videos must notify the Organizer in writing before the camp begins. 
9. Liability & Insurance
- 
The Parent acknowledges that water and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. 
- 
The Organizer, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses except in cases of proven negligence. 
- 
Parents are advised to ensure their child has appropriate personal insurance coverage for sports and outdoor activities. 
10. Emergency Procedures
- 
In case of emergency (injury, severe weather, etc.), the camp team will immediately ensure the safety of all children and contact the Parent via the phone number provided at registration. 
- 
It is the Parent’s responsibility to ensure all emergency contact information is accurate and up to date. 
11. Governing Law
