Hydrofoiling Classes – Now Available !

Learning hydrofoiling has never been so easy. We will provide you with a beginner hydrofoil during the 1 hour class with your private instructor, and you will be able to use the hydrofoil for another hour free of charge to train by yourself.

Rental of Kitesurf Equipment

All our equipments are the latest Ozone kites and boards, brand new and super safe.
Rental is available ONLY to advance riders that can prove their levels. For rental, the fees should be paid before the session and we will require an ID.
Cancellation policy
At KSD we don’t charge you anything until you come and learn – However, if you reserve with us and will not be able to make we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make space for other students. NO SHOW results in full payment of the booked classes.
Kitesurf Booking Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all kitesurfing lessons, rentals, and packages booked with Kitesurf School Dubai (“the School”).
By making a booking, the participant (“the Client”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the School.

Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made online via the booking system, in person at the center, or by bank transfer.

Prices include equipment, instructor, and gears unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 48 hours before the session: Free reschedule or full refund.

Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund or one-time reschedule (subject to instructor and weather availability).

Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund or reschedule possible.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Weather Conditions

Lessons and rentals are dependent on safe wind and sea conditions.

If the School cancels due to unsuitable weather, the session will be rescheduled or credited — no cash refund is guaranteed.

The School reserves the right to modify, shorten, or postpone any session for safety reasons.
5. Safety & Responsibility

All participants must follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medication that could affect their ability to participate safely.

The School reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
6. Age & Skill Requirements
-
Minimum age for kitesurf lessons: 10 years old (or younger with parental consent and instructor approval).

Participants must be able to swim at least 50 meters unaided.
7. Equipment Use
-
All equipment remains the property of the School.

The Client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

A damage or replacement fee may apply.
8. Photography & Media
-
Photos and videos taken during lessons may be used for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Clients grant the School permission to use their image for marketing and social media.
9. Liability Waiver
By participating, the Client acknowledges that kitesurfing involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, drowning, equipment failure, and unpredictable weather.
The School, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation except in cases of proven negligence.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
